Lookout Mountain Lager- American light lager with Pilsner malt andtraditional noble European hops. Our refreshing non-threatening gateway beer. (ABV 5.8)

Sweet Potato Pale- Our seasonal pale ale. Full of delicious sugar, spice, and sweet potato notes. Get it while you can, this is the only run this year!

Homeslice Dunkelweisse- This is a sort of traditional german dunkelweisse or dark wheat ale. Clove and slight banana notes due to german weizen yeast. Behind the banana  is a sweet caramel smokiness. (ABV 5.1)

I.P.A.’s

Centennial X 5 East Coast IPA- This single hop IPA was first brewed by our lead brewer in the mid 90’s. The sweet melon citrus of Centennial Hops and the rich bready character of the Marris Otter make this a perfect example of the almost forgotten East Coast style. (ABV 6.3)

Centennial X 5 East Coast IPA on NITRO Pour- Holy hop crema, Batman!

Centennial X 5 East Coast IPA on Cask with Mad Priest coffee-   on cask and pumped through our traditional beer engine!

Unbalanced IPA- This straw colored ale is all about the fragrant, pungent and citrusy american hops. A true west coast IPA. We’ve dry hopped it this time, balance be double damned! (ABV 6.3)

Medusa’s Mojo IPA-Created and brewed by our brewer’s wife, Sandy, this is  west coast single hop double IPA with mint and lime notes. the newest entry into the brickhouse brews series-a series of beers conceived and brewed by women to support women’s causes. Proceeds from the sale of this go to support our local domestic violence shelter.

Rockin’ Chakra IPA– This ale is a black IPA or Cascadian Ale. Has the body of a stout with the hop bite of an IPA.  Pumpernickel, caraway and rye notes. ABV 6.3

New South Chocolate Stout- If you like dark chocolate, you’ll love this robust American stout. Chewy and chocolaty and not only perfect for the winter but all year long.  

Cask

Double Dry Hopped Unbalanced IPA-Unbalanced I.P.A. casked and on our traditional English beer engine. We dry hopped with Centennial and the  CTZ hop blend (Columbus, Tomahawk,Zeus) Citrus with lots of Melon character.

 Sours

Sour Coffee Stout- Our SOS Sour Stout infused with Velo’s cold brew coffee. Get it while you can, it won’t be around long! (ABV6.)

S.I.P.A.- Hometown favorite, this is our UN-Balanced IPA taken to the sour extreme.(ABV 6.3)

High Gravity

Goldenrod Belgian Strong- Exhibits the aroma of fresh mown hay, bready with citrus notes and a slight alcohol warming. Drinker beware!(ABV 10.2)

Golden-Bod Sour Belgian Strong- A soured up version of the goldenrod with added local raspberries and honey-similar to a frambois. (ABV 10.2)

• Guest Taps

Big River Iron Horse Stout-A two time medalist, this opaque black stout is boldly aggressive with a roasted flavor stemming from rich UK malt.

Chattanooga Brewing Hill City IPA- A classic American India Pale Ale. Its generous caramel malt and barley notes balance the mix of West Coast hops.
